Accomodation certificate certified by authorities or a confirmation of a hotel booking or an invitation from an Algerian travel agent. All documents must be originals. -or Hotel confirmation -or invitation letter from an Algerian travel agency. A letter from the applicants employer stating that they are going as a tourist. Must be on headed paper, addressed to the embassy, signed and dated. Two copys of EVERY page of the applicant’s passport (applications received without copies will incur a £10.00 documentation fee and be subject to delay) |

| Exceptions for non-UK passport holders |
Non-UK passport holders can applybut they must have residency in UK Nationals from the following countries do not require a visa to travel to Algeria: Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Malaysia, Maldives, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Democratic Republic Sahraoui, Seychelles, Syrian Arab Republic, Tunisia, Yemen. Nationals of the States mentioned below, holding Diplomatic and Official Passports (passeports de service) do not need a visa to travel to Algeria: Turkey, Switzerland, Ethiopia, Brazil, Peru, Venezuela, Malysia, Egypt, Mali, Mexico, Niger, South Africa, Italy, Republic of Corea, Senegal, Slovakia, Benin, Vietnam, Cuba, Malta, United Arab Emirates and Guinea. Holders of Diplomatic Passport from Germany, France, Argentina and Romania are exempted from the visa to travel to Algeria.
